Mr Alexander Hewlett
Alex has a degree in Geology from the University of Western Australia. He has an extensive background in public companies including involvement in IPO’s, RTO’s and capital raisings and has been an active Board member of several ASX-listed companies. In addition to his role as Chairman of Spectrum Metals, Alex is a founding Director of Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8) and was previously Managing Director of Hammer Metals, a copper explorer with projects in the Mt Isa region of Queensland.

Mr Paul Adams
Geologist, 18 years in industry. Senior open pit, exploration, underground geology and production coordinator experience in Australia and PNG. 12 years as Director, Head of Equities Research at DJ Carmichael, specialist in hard-rock mining equity valuations across numerous commodities, project assessment, corporate advisory, M&A.
Mr Nader El Sayed
Nader El Sayed holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Banking & Finance), Masters (Accounting) and is member of Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Nader is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Multiplant Holdings, a mining and civil services business based in Western Australia. Nader’s previous roles include holding a senior management position with KPMG providing assurance, capital markets and other advisory services to key Australian and international resource companies.
Mr Les Davis
Les is a Mining Executive with over 40 years industry experience and has a Masters Degree in Mineral Economics from the Curtin University of Technology.
He was the founding Managing Director of Silver Lake Resources Ltd (“ASX:SLR”) an ASX200 listed gold producing company from 2007 through to 2014 and Non Executive Director from 2015 to 2019.
He is also is a founding Director and current board member of gold explorer Black Cat Syndicate Ltd (“ASX:BC8”).
Mr Mark Pitts
Mark Pitts is a Partner in Corporate Advisory firm Endeavour Corporate, and has over 30 years experience in business administration and corporate compliance. Having started his career with KPMG in Perth, Mark has worked at a senior management level in a variety of commercial and consulting roles including mining services, healthcare and property development. The majority of the past 15 years has been spent working for or providing services to publicly listed companies in the resources sector.
Mark is a registered company auditor and holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Curtin University, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
